South Melbourne's recently completed The Eighth offers some of the largest apartments on offer in the sought-after suburb on the fringe of the St Kilda Rd precinct.

The final two and three-bedroom apartments in the building developed by Projects by Crema start from 128 sqm and feature open plan living rooms, modern kitchens, stone baths, and private lift access.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser and Kennon, The Eighth draws design inspiration from classic apartment buildings in New York and London.

The 18-level building includes two levels of commercial office space, 36 high-end apartments, a resident rooftop with a swimming pool and bar, and a holistic corporate wellbeing business on the podium level.

Located in Melbourne's Domain Precinct, The Eighth is in an ideal transport pocket, just off the bus stops on Park Street and the new ANZAC Station.

Convenience is at the foot of the building in the Palms Cafe and Beppi's Wine Bar is on the ground floor. Coffee spots are also plentiful nearby.
