BPM's Shadow Play is one of the most dense buildings in Southbank, rising 55 levels and homing 546 apartments.

Positioned at the entrance of the city's entertainment and recreation precincts, Shadow Play symbolises the beating heart of a metropolis, designed by the acclaimed Elenberg Fraser

With its proximity to the city centre and its adjacency to the Botanical Gardens, parklands, picturesque Port Phillip Bay, and Yarra River, residents benefit from it all.

All the one-bedroom apartments have already sold in Shadow Play, with a mix of two and three-bedroom floorplans remaining. Designed with materials like stone, brass and crafted timbers, the residences also benefit from innovative technology and connectivity.

Residents will also be at home to a host of amenity, including private dining, an in-house lounge, and a well-equipped gym.

The podium terraces and rooftop spaces provide further breakout space within the development, while also showcasing vistas of Melbourne's city skyline, as well as to St Kilda, Port Melbourne and the Dandenong Ranges.
