Designed by Neometro's long standing  collaborators, MAArchitects, and local landscape designers Mud Office, Nine Wilson Ave comprises of two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as Neometro's signature lofts, which are one-bedroom style and an early Neometro concept, which goes back to 1998 when they designed and developed Luxe on St Kilda's Inkerman Street.

Apartment 309 is a duel aspect residence, located on the third storey of Nine Wilson Ave, comprising two-bedrooms and one-bathroom. The balcony is situated on the city-side of the building, adjoined by the living room and master-bedroom, which features an extensive wall-length wardrobe. The second bedroom features both a wardrobe as well as low-height storage space.

This apartment comes with one-car space and is priced at $679,000, while a similar layout can be found one-storey down at 209, with no car-parking space, from $629,000.

Apartment 205 is the most-affordable north-facing apartment, with a two-bedroom and one-bathroom layout. The apartment is dual aspect, with the two bedrooms located on the city side of the building, with an open-plan layout connecting each of the spaces throughout the apartment to the terrace. The kitchen space integrates a large island bench and the second bedroom sits on the southern-side of the home, with a private desk and extensive robe space.

The bedroom located adjacent to the dining space is characterised by large sliding doors, acting as a flexible space that could be used as an extension of the living room.

Prices for this apartment layout start from $799,000.

Apartment 210 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, spanning 75 sqm internally. The master-bedroom adjoins the city-facing terrace, accompanied by an ensuite. Each of the apartments will have an average 7.5 star NatHERS energy rating, along with a range of other sustainability features such as solar panels, recycled water systems, 100 per cent gas free, 100 per cent greenpower, energy efficient appliances and EV car charging capabilities.

Tucked away behind Sydney Road, nearby to Princes and Royal Parks, Nine Wilson Ave is the final key in Neometro's Jewell Station Village redevelopment. The redevelopment builds on the area's unique character, revitalises the heritage precinct, and better integrates transportation and amenities.
