The award-winning, ASX-listed property developer, Mirvac, have been providing high quality homes, across both the apartment and house and land space, for over five decades.

Their latest masterplan is the $1.3 billion Olivine, located 30 kilometres from Melbourne within the northern suburb of Donnybrook. The benchmark master-planned community sits on 465-hectares and is focused on providing a quality lifestyle and premium amenity. The project offers a range of lifestyle options, which have been well received by young families seeking space, natural surrounds and quality education.

By 2037, approximately 11,000 residents will call Olivine home, with around 4,500 homes to be developed over the next 15-years.

The pipeline of infrastructure is well underway, with the $2.5 million Olivine Place completed, featuring Shared Cup Cafe, the Shared Space Community Hub, a pop-up Library as well as the Olivine Sales Office. The thoughtfully designed Gumnut Park precinct also offers an adventure playground, surrounded by 200-year-old River Red Gums.

Olivine is committed to lifelong learning and ensuring there are educational options for residents of any age.

Hume Anglican Grammar, Donnybrook Campus is located within the community and currently offers Prep to Year 6 with eventual expansion to Year 12. Hayes Hill State Primary School is also anticipated to open in 2023, along with the Wallaby Childcare Centre while PRACE Adult Education offers programs in partnership with Winslow Constructors from Olivine Place.

Future amenity at Olivine includes a nine-hectare sporting precinct that has commenced construction as well as planned local town centre that will be home to two supermarkets, 20 specialty shops, and a community centre.

Mirvac has recently launched Parkscape Townhomes at Olivine, which offers three and four-bedroom turnkey townhomes designed and built by Mirvac, situated facing lush parklands and open spaces.

The homes offer flexible floorplans, premium upgrades including a 7-Star energy rating. The Olivine Display Village showcases 14 of Melbourne's leading builders, including the likes of Porter Davis, Metricon, Simonds, and Carlisle Homes.
