Hickory and CBR Development Group have celebrated the topping out of their Box Hill development, Promenade, an elegant apartment complex and commercial hub in the heart of Box Hill.

Situated in the heart of the suburb, the apartment and commercial hub adds to the already strong presence Hickory has in Box Hill, with their Whitehorse Trio and East Central Tower projects just a short walk away.

Upon completion, the Peddle Thorpe Architects-designed tower will bring a wealth of new living, retail, and commercial spaces to the booming area, with 199 apartments and 1,200 sqm of commercial space.

Peddle Thorpe designed the build, in partnership with John Patrick Landscape Architects, with the apartments set to encompass hotel-style living areas, fit with European appliances and French gold finishes.

The apartments will also benefit from views of the city, mountains, and Port Phillip Bay.

Complete with a cinema, gym, and sky garden, residents will have access to convenient lifestyle facilities at their fingertips, including a range of retail spaces in the ground lobby.

Promenade is also just a stone’s throw away from Box Hill Gardens, the central shopping centre, Epworth Eastern Hospital and Box Hill train station.

Managing Director of Hickory, George Abraham, said the group's work with CBR Development Group has allowed for a smooth, efficient construction process with a state-of-the-art result.

“We are beyond thrilled to see the final stages of the project come together and look forward to seeing the impact it has on its users as we create better places for the current and future community of Box Hill," Abraham said.
