Melbourne group, Frater have taken to South Kingsville to deliver their latest residential development.

Designed by IN8 Architects, Knew will comprise 32 residences, with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

Arriving at 82-96 New Street, the residences will be set across two-storeys, with prices starting from $795,000

Knew’s built form will take on a contemporary design, with bold geometric lines, a light, white and grey palette, and European style terraces, inviting al fresco ambience into each of the living spaces.

The sites location on New Street also faces west, offering residents the perfect avenue to catch some of the city’s best sunset views.

A city by the sea, and one of Melbourne’s newest lifestyle hubs in the inner west, Knew sits just 10.6 kilometres from the CBD and 5.3 kilometres from the waterfront of Williamstown.

Flowing between the trendy café culture of Yarraville and the beachside havens of Port Phillip Bay, South Kingsville marks the intersection of urban living within waterside reach

The project sits within proximity to a number of enviable amenity.

Transformed from a bluestone quarry to a bushland oasis brimming with 165 species of birdlife, Newport Lakes Reserve offers 33-hectares of parkland to explore, sitting adjacent to Knew.

A destination perfect for picnics and nature walks, the pocket of native bush features dividing stones between the North and South Lakes, with walking tracks winding their way around the natural sanctuary.

Knew also sits within walking distance to Grazeland at Spotswood, which is a playground for foodies, offering up an array of outdoor dining experiences, with live music every weekend.
