The Toorak home of the former MasterChef judge George Calombaris has finally settled at $8.8 million.

The five-bedroom house was bought in the name of his wife, Natalie Tricarico, for $4.75 million in 2013.

The buyer was Ka Ning Cheung, who is a director of corporate entities CHZH Finance Pty Ltd and CHZH Investment Pty Ltd.

Cheung placed a purchasing caveat on the title last October.

The McMaster Court home listing came last February.

The French provincial-style home was listed as the hospitality empire Calombaris founded, MAdE Establishment, was placed into voluntary administration.
