The Melbourne suburb Broadmeadows, 15 kilometres north of the CBD, has been going through a renewal of its industrial land spaces, aiming to create vibrant urban hubs that offer a diverse range of housing options, employment opportunities, and a lively lifestyle.

Gorway Projects' Broadmeadows development Kingslea embodies this vision by featuring a collection of contemporary, architecturally designed townhomes.

Located on the corner of Blair Street and King William Street, the development occupies a significant site that was home to the renowned Australian brand, Hard Yakka, for the past five decades

It is rare to find a brand new residential community located so close to the heart of the city. Positioned just 10 minutes away from Melbourne Airport and Essendon Airport, Kingslea offers convenient access to the Tullamarine Freeway.

Kingslea is also well-serviced by public transport options. The Broadmeadows train station is only a few minutes' walk away, and with a total of 14 stations on the line, residents can easily reach the bustling city centre.

Nature and green spaces are integral to the Kingslea community. Residents have the opportunity to enjoy the planned Meadowlink, a green space developed by the Hume City Council. Meadowlink will provide a pedestrian connection from Seabrook Reserve, extending over Blair Street and leading to the Broadmeadows train station.

Kingslea also features paved walking paths that seamlessly connect to Meadowlink, enhancing residents' access to these natural surroundings.
