Located in the heart of Box Hill, Spring Street is the latest Melbourne development delivered by Orion International Group.

Located on levels three to 18, Rebirth boasts one and two-bedroom low-rise apartments within the Spring Street project.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is set over an internal area of 67 sqm and includes a 9.2 sqm balcony area.

The configuration includes recon stone benchtops, generous storage space, built-in robes and an open-plan living and dining area.

There are 60 two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment configurations available in the complex.

2. Rejuvenate: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom

Only available on levels 19 to 26, Spring Street’s high-rise range, Rejuvenate presents more luxurious apartments for the discerning buyer.

Set over an internal area of 79.7 sqm, the floorplan displayed is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence that delivers a holistic living experience.
