Accompanying the completion of the $430 million Glen Shopping Centre redevelopment is Sky Garden, one of the newly completed residential developments in Glen Waverley.

Comprising 546 one, two and three-bedroom residences, Sky Garden delivers a luxury living experience atop the most modern revamped shopping centre in the East.

Designed by Rothelowman and DKO Architecture, the development boasts a collection of residences that suit a range of lifestyles and profiles, from growing families to downsizers and single professionals.

A relaxed sense of luxury fills every space, with seamless connections to the private gardens and panoramic views outside.

Residents living at the project have access to over 4,000 sqm of internal and external facilities with one of the most impressive features being the rightfully named sky garden.

The sky garden offers the residents shade, sun lounges, a bar and kitchen for entertaining, kids playground, vegetable gardens, large lawns, private dining and seating sanctuaries.

Construction on the development reached completion in December 2020.
