The Melbourne developer, Caydon Property, are offering a number of different floor plans for buyers to choose from at their new Preston apartment development, Due North.

There are five different configurations currently available across the 107 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, spread over the 12-level High Street building.

All the three-bedroom apartments have been snapped up.

Due North is crowned by a luxury rooftop space and features a co-working area and three street level retail spaces.

Caydon's in-house design team designed Due North, with sustainable architecture, with each apartments possessing a 6.5 Star Energy Rating from NABERS.

Urban has taken a closer look at some of the floorplan configurations left at Due North, located only 20 minutes away from the Melbourne CBD and within walking distance from Raglan Street.

1. The 57 sqm, one-bedroom apartments
Priced from $482,000

The one-bedroom apartments with a built-in home office area at Due North start from 57 sqm and feature an open-plan living and dining area and an L-shaped kitchen.

Kitchens feature reconstituted stone benchtops and splashback, with the choice between two colour schemes, a matte charcoal scheme and a light oyster grey scheme.

There's a further 11 sqm balcony.

2. The 74 sqm, two-bedroom apartments
Priced from $605,710

Residents have a number of different floorplans to choose from across the 61 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments on offer.

Offered with a car space, one of the two-bedroom apartment floorplans has 74 sqm and features a master bedroom with ensuite and built-in robes.

The home, which includes a 10 sqm balcony and an open-plan living and dining area, has floor-to-ceiling windows, timber flooring and Baumatic appliances.

There is an option to upgrade appliances to Smeg, as well as elevate your living with a choice of larger balcony, island bench with breakfast bar or add a second parking space.

3. The 82 sqm, two-bedroom apartments
Priced from $729,906

The largest apartments on offer at Due North are 82 sqm, and have two bedrooms, set privately on the opposite sides of the apartments, and a home office space.

The apartments also have a 25 sqm, north-facing balcony that runs the full length of the apartment, opening out from the both the living space and master bedroom.

These apartments come with two parking spaces.
