Sixth Avenue, delivered by the Aultun Group, was one of Urban's most popular projects among first home buyers and investors in the first half of 2021. In fact it was so popular that the most recent Stage 3 was launched ahead of schedule.

The collection of 59 two, three and four-bedroom townhomes offers ideal bayside living, designed by renowned Point Architects.

Set in Chelsea Heights, the near coastal suburb south-east of Melbourne, Sixth Avenue features light-filled interiors, bespoke landscaping and recreational amenities within easy reach.

The contemporary design boasts customisable floorplans, split system air-conditioning and thermal insulation for comfort.

Engineered oak timber flooring can be found throughout the living areas, with large format tiles in all bathrooms. Frameless walk-in showers and bespoke floating vanities are representative of the home's modern design.

Floor Plan options still available for purchase:

  • Two bed, one bath, one parking spaces, 96 sqm, $630,000
  • Three bed, two bath, one/two parking spaces, 195 sqm, $730,000

Aultun has been environmentally conscious in their approach to the townhomes. Each townhome is fitted with water-efficient tapware and showerheads, as well as energy-efficient LED lighting.

The townhome's modern design boasts light filled interiors finished with high quality fixtures, like crisp tapware. There are Artusi appliances in each kitchen, with stone benchtops and porcelain splashbacks.

Each home features landscaped gardens, with recycled water by Melbourne Water for garden irrigation.

The four bedroom townhouses have sold out. Sixth Avenue is offering its final two and three bedders, priced from $630,000 and ranging to $730,000.
