Haven Townhomes is among Melbourne-based developer Aultun Property Group’s latest offerings in Melbourne’s south-east, providing the perfect first home for young families.

Situated at 42 Homeleigh Road, the project delivers a collection of 59 three and four-bedroom homes in a prominent location.

Townhomes in the community begin at $675,000 for a three-bedroom, while four-bedroom homes start from $776,000.

Urban takes a look at five things we love about Haven Townhomes.

1. Great investment location

A flourishing, multi-cultural suburb in Melbourne’s south-east, Keysborough is the ideal location for affordable living for families.

Due to its close access to surrounding beaches, immaculate landscapes and rich amenities, Keysborough has attracted a number of young families, young professions and downsizers in the last few years.

The suburb has continued to develop infrastructure and facilities to meet this demand, including golf courses, shopping centres and wetlands.

According to the project marketing, Keysborough saw a 17.2 per cent increase in growth in 2019, making it one of the top ten metro suburbs for price growth in Victoria.

2. Local developer

Aultun Property Group is a Melbourne-based developer creating apartments and townhouses in Victoria’s premium suburbs.

Founded in 2012, the group has developed its reputation as a visionary in multi-residential projects, successfully forecasting key growth areas and the latest market trends.

“Our passion is underpinned by our design-driven vision to create places that enrich lives”, the group said.

Other projects by Aultun Property Group in Melbourne’s south-east include their Chelsea Heights masterplanned community, Sixth Avenue.

3. Captivating design

Characterised by its quality craftsmanship, this Keysborough development has been carefully curated by Cera Stribley Architects.

Haven Townhomes were designed with a focus on function and space, offering residents an abundance of natural light, private backyards and spacious floorplans.

“Blending seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape with a palette of contemporary greys and timber accents, the Haven design promises to be both modern and timeless for years to come”, the project marketing reads.

4. Family-friendly lifestyle

Not only is Keysborough a great location for growth, but its connected lifestyle and community feel means that families may never want to leave.

Just four-kilometres from the project is Tatterson Park, a multi-purpose parkland featuring wetlands, walking trails, picnic space, adventure playgrounds and sports fields.

The local council has announced plans to build further developments including a kindergarten and community event space to add to the Keysborough South Community Centre.

Schools located within walking distance include Chandler Park Primary School, Lighthouse Christian College, Haileybury College and the newly-built Keysborough Gardens Primary School.

5. Landscaped Parklands

Each home itself is surrounded by verdant greenery and residents can enjoy an immaculately landscaped garden on the estate itself.

The Haven Gardens is a central feature of the development, offering a space to relax and rejuvenate in the peaceful atmosphere Keysborough offers.
