Giancorp's Penny Lane apartment development in Moonee Ponds is now ready for residents to move in, with only a five per cent deposit required on selected apartments.

Designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects, Penny Lane comprises a total of 109 completed apartments, each offering generous balconies or terraces.

A five per cent deposit offer on the remaining apartments, which start at just under $700,000, is around $35,000.

The apartments have kitchens at the heart of the home, equipped with Miele appliances and stone benchtops, with options for light or dark colour schemes.

Bedrooms include built-in robes, while the bathrooms maintain a neutral colour palette for a contemporary yet timeless look.

Residents have access to several amenities, including a level three podium garden with a full-line gymnasium, private lounge, designer kitchen, and dining rooms for social gatherings.

A level nine terrace offers expansive views and landscaped spaces.

Moonee Ponds features Melbourne's newest cinema complex with a luxury rooftop cinema, Platinum lounge, and various cafes and casual dining options.

Penny Lane is located near Moonee Valley Racecourse, home of the Cox Plate, and is a short distance from Queen's Park, Moonee Valley's oldest park, which includes a lake, a pool, a cottage café, and extensive garden spaces.
