A development with fluted facade in Elwood by Keystone Property Group has just five of the 15 apartments remaining for sale on completion.

The Ensemble project comes with sculptural, striking vertical aspect with arched ground-level windows to mimic the art deco homes in the area.

KUD Architects sought to evoke the waves of nearby Port Phillip Bay with landscaping by John Patrick Landscape Architect.

Almost half of those sold in the 15-apartment complex were to downsizers.

The apartments range from 110-141sq m, featuring marble surfaces in the kitchens and bathrooms, and oak floors in the living areas.

Outdoor spaces span from 12sq m up to 118sq m for the courtyard garden ground-floor residences.

There is a landscaped rooftop barbecue area at the Tennyson St location, a short walk from a popular shopping village and the beach.

The remaining apartments cost from $1.495 million to $2,595,000 through Michael Paproth at The Agency.

Elwood's apartment prices sit at a $675,000 median, according to realestate.com.au, with units typically rented for $410 pw reflecting a rental yield of 3.2%.

Keystone Property Group is a Melbourne based developer formed in 2006 by Ray Evans and Luke Daley.
