Fitzroy is set to welcome a new addition to its streetscape with DeGroup's new boutique townhouse collection, Fitzrovia Residences.

The limited collection of just 17 townhouses is designed by the award-winning team at DesignOffice and interior-designed by Haskell Architects.

The building's exterior draws on the nostalgic local heritage of the area with its reclaimed, original brick façade, complemented by visually arresting contemporary architectural elements.

Fitzrovia's interior spaces are expertly designed and exquisitely appointed to be timeless and functional.

Various floor plans include a choice of two or three-bedroom residences with master suites, a dedicated car parking space for each home, European laundry and private outdoor spaces—some including a rooftop terrace.

Residents will be welcomed by airy, light-filled oversized interiors with elevated ceilings and European-engineered oak wood floors throughout the common areas.

Each home will sport a neutral colour palette, providing residents with the perfect customisable canvas.

Open living areas flow into outdoor spaces, offering the perfect indoor-outdoor hub for entertaining, casual dining and cooking.

Kitchens are functional and well-appointed with high-end Miele appliances and pull-out pantries complemented by natural stone splashbacks and benchtops, sleek custom joinery and brushed gunmetal fittings.

Bedrooms are a sanctuary with their impeccably sleek but highly functional design. Bathrooms will be finished with floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles and feature frameless glass shower screens for a spacious, minimalist look.

Fitzrovia Residences is seeking to achieve a 7-star NatHERS rating, translating to reduced carbon footprints for residents and significant cost savings on their energy bills through smarter design choices.

Long-lasting Colorbond roofing increases energy efficiency with its Thermatech technology and increases water flow to rainwater tanks and gardens.

Double-glazed windows, architectural shading and greenery protect the residents' homes from the elements and reduce heating and cooling costs.

While all Fitzrovia Residences come with secure car parking, the development is also just a three-minute walk to Tram No. 96, which will take residents to the CBD in just nine minutes via Brunswick and further to St Kilda.

Trams 11 and 86 are also a stroll away, linking residents to the northern suburbs and prestigious universities.

Fitzrovia, at 2-20 Kerr Street is a walker's paradise, with a walk score of 99 out of 100.

Fitzrovia Residences is estimated to be completed by builder Multiciv in mid-2024.
