The Melbourne developer PSP Property Group has secured a sell-out at its One Deanside house and land development in Melbourne's west.

Some 70 per cent of the estate was snapped up in the first week of launching back in November 2021, with entry level owner-occupiers making up the bulk of the purchasers.

The estate’s relative affordability and position within the Deanside growth corridor has been a major attraction to many first home buyers.

With an on-site early learning centre as well as two proposed government and private schools within walking distance, PSP Property Group Director of Sales & Marketing, John McCann said that the amenity in One Deanside and surrounds gives residents all they need within one close-knit community.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the sheer demand for the project, having had 90 per cent of the project secured within the first ten weeks of launching last year,” said John.

“One Deanside has attracted a buyer profile of first home buyers, young families and executives who are seeking to enter the market to raise their families in an intimate neighbourhood, and who are capitalising on a product that represents true value for money.

“The community enjoys walking trails, bushland, the neighbouring vantages of Kororoit Creek and plenty of wide-open space, meaning the dream of a home nestled within nature has been realised for many young buyers.”

One Deanside is located 1.5-kilometres from the Western Freeway and close by to the future Outer Metropolitan Ring Road, a 100-kilometres-long high-speed transport link for people and freight in Melbourne’s north and west.

“It’s a highly accessible area with plenty of investment that is seeing the West meet its true potential at a rapid rate.

"The community is located right next to the train station, and with access to the freeway in just minutes it has proved to be an asset for those who want to remain connected while enjoying being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.”

One Deanside is due for completion in early 2023.
