Development Victoria is making significant progress with the construction of its Springvale South community, Coomoora.

Townhouse construction by Creation Homes is underway, with 47 townhouses set to be delivered alongside 16 land-only lots creating a diverse range of housing options available.

Prices for the final two remaining Viola townhouses have been reduced to $630,000, meaning buyers save $10,000 and only require a five percent deposit to purchase, with no more to pay until settlement, making it a perfect opportunity for first home buyers to continue saving whilst the home is being built.

The remaining two-bedroom Viola townhouses feature a generous sized family room, dining and kitchen space that opens onto an east-facing balcony overlooking Coomoora Central Park. A first floor bedroom will sit alongside a bathroom and study nook, as well as a private ground floor master suite.

The townhouses boast an angled roofline and a pared back facade, donned with contemporary cladding, and the homes come complete with one car space.

Coomoora has been designed with residents' well-being in mind, with approximately 10 percent of the site devoted to common open space. This includes two key park areas with communal bench seating and landscaped areas.

An additional 10 percent has been designated as public open space, facing Coomoora Road. This open space will provide additional opportunities for residents to enjoy the outdoors and connect with nature and has already been delivered as part of the project.
