1. Live City, Footscray

Backed by developer R&F Property Australia, the new masterplanned community Live City comprises 208 residences spread across 14 floors. The community is set to deliver over 1,400 apartments across eight buildings.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser, each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary interiors and an abundance of natural light.

One-bedroom apartments within the complex sell for an affordable $350,000 – the best value property on this list.

2. Ovation, Footscray

Ovation is one of the latest Footscray apartment developments to be launched. 

Developed by Keystone Property Group, Ovation comprises just 131 apartments in the contemporary KUD Architects-designed building on Buckley Street.

3. Folia, Doncaster
