CANVAS BRUNSWICK AT A GLANCE

Developer: ID Land

Architect: Rothelowman

Interior design: Hecker Guthrie

Location: 272 Barkly Street, Brunswick VIC 3056

Canvas has been designed to reflect Brunswick's industrial past with a modern concrete facade, allowing the structure to seamlessly complement the surrounding landscape.

This sustainable, future-focused development is situated in the heart of Brunswick, with the masterplan designed to cultivate a close-knit community of residents, with shared spaces for both socialising and relaxing.

All homes are equipped with integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances, European oak joinery, Terrazzo tiles and matte black tapware. Each kitchen boasts ample built-in storage space, perfect for entertaining.

The main living space is generous in size, with upgrade options including concealed storage and the luxurious addition of LED strip lighting.

Bathrooms are clean and timeless, with the same modern matt black tapware as the kitchen, and a combination of intricate olive-green or matte white mosaic tiles in the shower. The bathrooms are effortlessly modern with wall hung vanity, concealed cisterns and expansive mirrors.

The bedrooms include plush grey carpet, with wall-spanning wardrobes, fit with bespoke drawers and minimalist black hardware.

Sustainable living is made easy with no gas connection to any apartment, making them 100% fossil fuel free.

The limited selection of floorplans comprises of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom configurations.

Canvas offers Australia's first BigPlans walkthrough floorplan which showcases a full-scale apartment, giving buyers an innovative display experience and a greater visualisation of what their home will be like upon completion.

With a Walk Score of 97/100, everything you could need is at your doorstep. Canvas is surrounded by shops and cafes and is just a three-minute walk to the nearest tram stop and just five minutes to Princes Park or Jewell Station.

And the communal rooftop garden provides a relaxing space for residents to unwind and take in the stunning urban view of the Melbourne skyline.

Canvas offers a great opportunity to buy into one of Melbourne's most coveted inner-northern suburbs. If you'd like to learn more about the apartments available for sale, enquire today via Urban.
