Dealcorp celebrates 10-year commitment to Polaris 3083 with final release
DealCorp has unveiled the final residential stage at their award-winning 26-acre Bundoora community, Polaris 3083.
The final stage, NOVA, comprises a number of two and three-bedroom townhomes which blend heritage with contemporary, taking inspiration from the heritage building on the Nova Circuit site.
Originally constructed in 1938, the Tudor Revival facade showcases an imposing street presence whilst still retaining its original grand entrance off Galileo Gateway.
MGS Architects drew inspiration from the formal symmetry of the heritage building, with the 28 two-story contemporary townhomes completing the natural axis of the site, with a pedestrian spine running from the historic front door on Galileo Gateway through to Nova Circuit.
The residences offer private street entrances, spacious living areas with secluded courtyards, and ample storage, coupled with high ceilings, timber-look cladding, and exposed brickwork.
Landscaped pockets provide an intimate outlook from the homes, while the interiors seamlessly blend with the outdoor living spaces of balconies and courtyards.
The living spaces merge with modern kitchen and dining areas that showcase elegant joinery and considered design inclusions, including European SMEG appliances, under-bench sinks, and stone benches and splashbacks.
The Polaris Town Centre and residences have been awarded the highest environmental accreditation by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), recognising their significant advancements in urban design.
Situated just 300 metres away from the bustling Polaris Town Centre, residents of NOVA will enjoy immediate access to 33 essential services and prominent retailers such as Woolworth's, Dan Murphy's, and Chemist Warehouse.
The area also offers a variety of sidewalk cafes, eateries, health and beauty providers, a state-of-the-art community centre, and recreational facilities that contribute to the town's cosmopolitan character.
Bundoora, commonly known as Melbourne's Northern "University City," is also home to La Trobe University and RMIT Bundoora Campus, which are both located in the immediate precinct.
