Construction at DealCorp's NOVA townhouse development, the final release at their 10-hectare Polaris 3083 community in BUNDOORA, is nearing completion.

The NOVA stage includes a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes that blend heritage and contemporary designs, inspired by the heritage building on the Nova Circuit site.

Originally constructed in 1938, the Tudor Revival facade maintains its imposing street presence and grand entrance off Galileo Gateway.

MGS Architects drew inspiration from the building’s formal symmetry, with the 28 two-story contemporary townhomes completing the natural axis of the site.

A pedestrian spine runs from the historic front door on Galileo Gateway through to Nova Circuit.

Located just 300 metres from the bustling Polaris Town Centre, NOVA residents will have immediate access to 33 essential services and prominent retailers, including Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, and Chemist Warehouse.

Bundoora, known as Melbourne's Northern "University City," is also home to La Trobe University and RMIT BUNDOORA Campus, both situated in the immediate precinct.

Polaris, the inner north’s largest master-planned precinct, spans 12 hectares and is surrounded by native parkland and flourishing activity centres.

The community is already home to over 750 residents and features a modern retail and dining precinct.

Move-in is expected in late 2024.
