In the heart of Bayside's 3191 postcode, DM Property has begun construction on their exclusive Sandringham development, Early 3191. The project represents a harmonious blend of sophisticated design, luxury living, and community-focused development.

They're targeting a mid-2024 completion date for the Rothelowman-designed townhouses which boast a timeless facade that boldly contrasts textured materials, creating an eye-catching visual statement in the neighbourhood.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding coastal areas and neighbouring heathlands, Rothelowman's design incorporates a unified and simple palette of materials and colours, ensuring that Early 3191 seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings.

Rothelowman Principal Stuart Marsland said the brief Rothelowman were given for Early 3191 was to create a series of townhomes that would elevate the standard of suburban living in Sandringham.

"The brief was to bring townhome living to a new level in Sandringham and deliver a series of homes through a calm landscape driven concept with a generosity for spacious living," Marsland said.

Early 3191 offers a diverse range of living options to cater to various needs. Three-bedroom townhouses feature two bathrooms and two car spaces, while the four-bedroom townhouses come with three bathrooms and two car spaces. This flexibility ensures that families of different sizes can find their perfect home within this development.

Internally, Early 3191 features refined interiors crafted by award-winning designer Adele Bates. Each townhouse showcases a considered palette featuring warm timbers, textural natural stone, CDK marble benchtops, and premium SMEG and Fisher & Paykel appliances.

One of the key design elements of Early 3191 is the emphasis on natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Large windows flood the interior spaces with sunlight, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Each home is thoughtfully designed to connect with spacious terraces, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of their own homes.

Beyond the design and high-quality finishes, Early 3191 prioritises community living. The central mews area not only provides a sense of privacy but also fosters a vibrant community spirit.
