Equire, the property development division of the OpenCorp Group of Companies, is well underway with their latest residential development, Locale Ivanhoe.

Over 50 per cent of the apartments in Locale have already been sold. Construction firm Balmain & Counderway with the build to build the Ivanhoe residences, which will comprise 41 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. 

Designed by DKO Architecture, the apartments boast a sleek design, with spacious layouts and high-end features, including stone-topped Miele appliances and integrated fridge/freezers. 

Following an open-plan design, the apartments also feature ample storage space, along with fully-fitted robes, brushed nickel tapware in the bathrooms, concealed laundries, and engineered oak timber floors.

Each apartment extends onto either a courtyard, terrace or balcony, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living, while double glazing and heating and cooling ensure comfort year round, along with energy efficiency. 

Locale also includes video intercom systems as well as convenient lift access, with safety and security a top priority across the development. 

Located just nine kilometres from the CBD, residents are strategically placed to take in all the city centre has to offer, along with the best of Ivanhoe, including shops, cafes, restaurants, schools, public transport and lush parklands. 

Situated within walking distance, a vibrant shopping strip awaits residents, offering a variety of dining options, cafes, bars, and specialised providores, while the site's close proximity to Darebin Station ensures effortless access to Melbourne's leading schools, the city-bound freeway, and the scenic Yarra River fitness trails.

Eton Property Group are marketing Locale Ivanhoe, where prices start from $485,000 for a one-bedroom ground floor apartment. The two-bedders are priced from $675,000, while the three-bedroom options begin at just over $1 million. 

Construction is slated for completion in April 2024.
