Metro Property Group are due to complete construction on their Williamstown development, One Lakeview, in the coming months.

They tasked Creation Homes to build the collection of 19 townhouses, which are nestled amidst the landscape of Jawbone Reserve, blending liveability and sustainability.

Renowned for their commitment to environmentally and socially sustainable design, ClarkeHopkinsClarke have once again demonstrated their expertise in creating spaces that foster community connection while treading lightly on the planet, with each three and four-bedroom residences designed to harmonise with the waterside precinct.

From the initial planning stages, great emphasis was placed on integrating thoughtful orientation, water management, enhanced thermal control, and the utilisation of locally sourced materials. The result is a collection of homes that not only minimise energy usage but also reduce ongoing costs for residents.

The private landscaped courtyards are adorned with native plantings that not only enhance the natural beauty of Williamstown but also support the biodiversity of the region.

Residents will find themselves at the doorstep of the Jawbone Flora and Fauna Reserve, a protected conservation area boasting wetlands, open grasslands, saltmarshes, and mangroves, with the reserve offers opportunities for bird watching and cycling or walking along The Bay Trail.

Bringing in an abundance of natural light and ventilation, each residence at One Lakeview features spacious and adaptable floor plans, while the choice of materials throughout aids in maintaining optimal thermal comfort and energy efficiencies.

Three and four-bedroom townhouses are still available in the development, with prices starting from $1.175 million.
