The comedian Wil Anderson has sold his former Port Melbourne townhouse home after adjusting the asking price from last year’s $2.9 million to $3.1 million range to $2.95 million.

Anderson paid $2.926 million for the 143 Cruikshank St home in 2017, some two years after its completion.

The adjoining townhouse sold in 2015 at $2,205,000.

Anderson initially had it listed in 2020 through comedian turned real estate agent Jodie J Hill at sheSELLS, with another comedian Fahey Younger, now alligned with Younger Hill Property Advocates, assisting as Anderson’s vendor advocate, The Herald Sun reported.

The listing came after Anderson relocated to the Byron Bay hinterland with long-time partner Amy Williamson.

There has been no sale price reveal by Greg Hocking who took over the listing earlier this year.

It comes complete with a studio above the garage where he had recorded podcasts.
