The award-winning OSK Property are the group behind one of the latest Southbank apartment towers, Melbourne Square.

Featuring four distinct apartment themes, Melbourne Square has been architecturally designed by Cox Architecture, with interiors by designer Sue Carr, creating flawless spaces which make the most of the spectacular city views on offer.

Stage one of Melbourne Square is now complete, which sees the amenities including a full-line Woolworths and other shops, as well as resort-style facilities including pools, sauna, spa, gymnasium and a yoga room, all open.

Commanding expansive views across Melbourne’s city skyline and beyond, the exclusive amenity spaces on level 54 at Melbourne Square deliver a range of facilities from private meeting and dining rooms to the 25 meter pool, gym and pool lounges.

Communal access to podium level eight at Melbourne Square expands further on the exceptional lifestyle available to residents, with access to wellness and relaxation amenities as well as studio areas and a number of outdoor terraces.

The onsite concierge offers a level of hotel service, with housekeeping available and reservation booking part of the amenity.

The apartments are split in to four distinct design themes by Coco Republic. The Manhattan, which offers a sophisticated dark palette, the Bondi which has a coastal feel, Paris boasts timeless luxury and Soho showcases monochromatic industrial style.

The stage one apartments feature kitchens that have marble block island benches, Kohler tapware, Miele appliances, 5-burner gas hobs and DynaCool refrigeration.

All bathrooms include a semi-frameless shower, concealed cisterns, ample storage and modern tapware, with large mirrored cabinets above the dual vanities.

Each bedroom boasts stunning views via floor-to-ceiling glazing, with plenty of built-in wardrobe space and integrated heating and cooling.
