Caydon's latest apartment offering, Due North, is giving buyers a chance for a rare high-level of amenity in a pocket of Preston that rarely sees such extensive resident facilities within an apartment development.

The stand out space is no doubt the rooftop, with views back to the Melbourne CBD.

The rooftop boasts an infinity edge lap pool, a gym, and barbecue space. It has been designed as an all-encompassing space, fit for work, play and relaxation.

The outdoor gym sits in its own secluded space, complete with weights and aerobics equipment, along with a yoga space taking in the city views.

The entertainment booths and barbecue facilities provide an additional space for residents to unwind and enjoy the surrounding vistas, with dining and entertaining space fit for a range of occasions.

“This clever area not only lets you wine and dine in private, but also serves as the perfect excuse to show off your culinary skills,” Caydon note.

These areas of amenity are bookable through the specially created Caydon HQ residents' app.

The group noted the recent shift in working lifestyles, reflecting the change in the spaces designed for Due North, which provide more flexibility toward the working from home movement.

And that's been attracting first home buyers and young professionals who are keen on both the Preston location, with its accessibility to the Melbourne CBD, as well as Due North's work from home capabilities - a scarce offering in the Preston market.

The two-bedders at Due North give buyers the chance customise the space - whether that be for a home office, a gym, or an entertainment room - as a flexi room.

The development even features a ground floor co-working space for residents who are looking to switch up their working environment.

All bar one one-bedroom apartments in Due North have now sold.

The two-bedroom apartments, which range in size between 84 sqm and 111 sqm of internal space, start from $593,000.
