Builder developer Burbank Urban has launched a limited release of homes in its new townhouse development in the heart of CAMBERWELL.

No.1 CAMBERWELL comprises 16 three and four-bedroom free-standing and semi-detached homes starting from $2.3 million.

“We strove to design well-functioning, warm and inviting spaces that still have that grandeur and can impress,” Sylvanna Mitri, Interior Designer at Austin Design Associates, said.

This approach is evident in the expansive high-ceiling rooms and large double-glazed windows that provide outlooks onto greenery.

Ben Scott from Ben Scott Garden Design said a standout feature of the homes is their serene, immersive outdoor spaces.

"Expansive and inviting, they extend each home far beyond four walls," Scott said.
