Soul Hampton is the latest apartment development to hit the market in the sought-after Bayside Melbourne suburb.

Differentiating itself from the larger projects on the market in the area, Soul Hampton offers just eight apartments in the Finnis Architecture-designed building, which features a sleek modern exterior blending with lush greenery.

A stone's throw from Hampton Beach at 14-16 Grenville Street, Soul Hampton is made up of two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from a generous 120 sqm to 181 sqm.

Resort style living has been created with interiors of natural stone and high-end veneer timber panelling, as well as high-end finishes and Gaggenau appliances.

Liebherr integrated fridges also feature in the kitchens, along with underfloor heating in all bathrooms and gas fireplaces.

With north-facing residences available offering bay views, every apartment makes the most of the amount of light that filters through.

Balconies extend the views of the bay on offer while being integrated into the façade of the building to ensure every square inch of the floor-plans is utilised.

Two basement car spaces and secure underground storage are standard inclusions with each residence, creating an opportunity for downsizers to purchase without sacrificing the space for their belongings.

Ideally located just steps from Hampton Beach , Soul is just a short walk to the Hampton Street shopping strip, which offers a range of cafés, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Melbourne CBD is just over 20 minutes away, with residents well connected through public transport links, including Hampton Station, which is just down the road.

Residents will share a postcode with a number of schools and education precincts like St Mary’s Primary School, Haileybury and St Leonard’s Collage, while Linacre Private Hospital is just a three-minute drive away, with the residence also surround by the option of Sandringham Hospital, Cabrini Brighton Hospital and Holmesglen Private Hospital, all around 10-minutes away.
