BNG Group has launched their most recent project, Olea to the market.

Situated in Caulfield North, the $47 million venture comprises 58 apartments along with seven townhouses, designed by Melbourne-based firm, CK Architecture.

Distinctive in structure, Olea blends seamlessly within its neighbourhood, complementing the surrounding heritage homes and tree-lined streets.

The townhouses will offer a mix of three and four-bedroom floorplans, while the apartments will feature one, two and three-bedroom floorplans.

The brick façades of the townhouses and upper levels reflect the neighbouring homes, tying Olea into its context.

Generous communal spaces naturally add to Olea’s community atmosphere, accented by landscaping and shared green spaces, giving residences a sense of space.

An internal north-facing courtyard is also set to become a communal community hub.

The Melbourne suburb sits 11-kilometres from the city’s centre, within the City of Glen Eira.

Bounded by Orrong Road to the west, Glen Eira Road to the south, Dandenong Road to the north and Kambrook Road to the east, residents will be well-connected to the greater Melbourne vicinity and just moments from an array of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques, not to mention the iconic Caulfield Racecourse.
