Hawthorn East, located in Melbourne’s east, has been one of the city’s premier suburbs for generations.

With stately homes lining its leafy streets, independent boutiques and prestigious schools, the suburb offers the fundamentals of a grand, established neighbourhood.

Delivered by Dahua Group, Hawthorn Park delivers the best of Hawthorn East at its doorstep thanks to its prime location on Camberwell Road.

The sophisticated mid-rise features 368 residences in one, two and three-bedroom configurations, designed by award-winning architects Rothelowman.

Arriving at the development, residents will be greeted by textured concrete bands that evoke the idea of stone terraces on a hillside.

“The design of the internal architectural façades and the lush valley landscape was inspired by the stepped landforms of rice paddy fields and the stone terraces of Machu Picchu”, said lead architect Kim Lowman.

A series of public piazzas and retail spaces will activate the area along Camberwell Road, providing a local gathering spot for residents.

Exclusive residents’ amenities are also on offer, such as a spectacular sky pool, gym, splash pool and rooftop grill.

Other private spaces include a residents’ garden, multi-function space, lounge and dining, sky walk, rooftop lawn and sky lounge.

Located on the top level, the Hawthorn Park private dining room is the perfect setting for residents to host cocktail parties and exclusive dinners”, the project marketing reads.

Each apartment also comes with access to a wellness centre, with a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, massage rooms and more.

The garden spaces between the buildings of Hawthorn Park have been designed as places of true relaxation by landscape architect Jack Merlo.

“My design for Hawthorn Park has been carefully considered to encourage quiet recreation and reflective moments in traditional garden areas, with a more active lifestyle catered for on the rooftop terraces”, he said.

The development boasts 2,000sqm of landscaping that features indigenous and exotic plant species, hardy and flowering trees and contrasting foliage.

Expansive central gardens have been designed as a parkland escape in the urban setting, where residents can enjoy a central lawn, walkway, garden pavilion and hammock lounge.

Interiors continue the theme of the contoured exterior and lush landscaping to provide a unified aesthetic experience.

The development includes high-quality finishes, intelligent floorplans, private park vistas and a wide range of residential options.

Completed last year by Hickory, residents can move in now to this one-of-a-kind property.
