provenance, the boutique Camberwell apartment project by developer Beulah, is set to be completed by next month.

Apartments still remain at the three-level Toorak Road development of just 12 residences. Buyers now have the opportunity to view a completed apartment in the $30 million project.

The ground floor garden apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has been designed to take in the garden through floor-to-ceiling windows and doors.

provenance has been designed by award-winning architecture and interior design firm Elenberg Fraser.

The light-scheme apartment features natural stone splashbacks, rich timber flooring with smokey brown hues and loop pile wool carpet, further complemented by large format porcelain tiles and rose gold tapware.

Buyers also have the choice to opt in for a dark-scheme residences.

Entry to the apartments begins via direct lift access to the private entry lobby, which becomes a personal drop-off zone for groceries and deliveries to the doorstep. Each provenance kitchen features a full suite of Gaggenau appliances.

The feature entry doors are made of fluted glass, with the landscaped gardens complemented by entertaining terraces.

Melbourne-based builder Iurada Property Group, who won the 2019 Master Builders Victoria Award for Excellence in Lowrise Apartment Buildings, is handling the build.

Beulah’s Executive Director, Adelene Teh said the group was thrilled with the progress made by Iurada in constructing the provenance Camberwell project so far.

“Alongside the team at Elenberg Fraser, we had bold plans for this project, and it’s been incredible seeing everything come to life, so accurately reflecting our vision as things move ever-closer to completion,” Teh said.

“Buyers can now immerse themselves in a completed apartment and can experience the sheer size of these homes, while seeing and feeling the quality firsthand of the materials and finishes used.”

In what has been a busy year for Beulah, the impending settlement of provenance Camberwell comes as the developer recently revealed plans for its Prahran project, in collaboration with Cera Stribley, alongside the record-breaking sale and launch day within its highly anticipated, STH BNK By Beulah project.

Prices at provenance start from $1.25 million.
