STH BNK By Beulah, one of Australia’s most anticipated projects which is also to home the country’s tallest tower, has unveiled the first glimpse of its Sky Rise Collection ahead of its official April 2 launch.

There will be four distinct collections in the two twisting towers, from one-bedroom apartments to the five-bedroom sky homes.

The first collection, Garden Rise Residences, is set above the podium and provides the closest connection to the pulse of Southbank. With a particular focus on embracing earth and nature, residences within this collection feature timber joinery and natural textures.

Above this collection sits the High Rise Residences, a collection that celebrates all there is to love about Melbourne; grander city vistas, spacious floorplans and timber joinery complimented by mirrored range hoods to reflect the glittering city lights.

The Sky Rise Collection crowns the Garden and High Rise Collections are located high above the clouds, offering extensive views of the city, the bay and the gardens. Extra-large in size, from opulent walk-in wardrobes, a butlers pantry, to a stunning sculptural kitchen island design inspired by the ‘stacking’ terraces along the towers’ spine, the Sky Rise Residences are the most prized homes and provide exclusive access to the Sky Rise Residents’ Club.

STH BNK By Beulah will also feature a series of Hotel Private Residences, combining exceptional interior design with the highest level of residential services.

Philip Rowe, Director of Cox Architecture, said the firm brought a philosophy of healthy living and connections to nature to the design of all STH BNK By Beulah residences.

“Our vision for STH BNK is for a collection of residences that provide a home of unparalleled luxury; a curated environment that is immersed in greenery and enveloped by views. A place with a strong connection to this unique place in Melbourne,” he said.

Colour schemes and materials throughout are both timeless and highly versatile, reflecting the greenery of the gardens outside the windows while allowing purchasers to interchange between schemes to create a beautiful combination that is uniquely theirs.

The iconic vertical garden that envelopes both towers acts as a natural control of daylight, shielding the apartments from direct sun during summer while maximising the natural light in winter, while residents will benefit from Beulah FreshAirTM - a bespoke centralised ventilation system that provides the freshest and cleanest air in any Australian residential skyscraper.

STH BNK By Beulah will also seek to achieve high sustainability benchmarks, including but not limited to the elimination of fossil fuel for a carbon-neutral future, and sourcing local materials to reduce waste and minimise the project’s carbon footprint.

Beulah Executive Director Adelene Teh said the possibilities for homes within STH BNK By Beulah are endless, with buyers permitted to customise residences to create lavish homes within the sky.

“A selection of our Sky Rise residences will be eligible for Tailored Living, where the possibilities of a custom-designed home truly are endless; think double height to triple height ceilings, five-bedrooms or more, infinity pools... anything is possible.

“Across our four distinct collections, we have created a range of residences to suit all buyer demographics; there is truly something for everyone.”

Residents will also benefit from a suite of resident-only amenities and offerings, including the recently announced STH BNK Auto Club, a first-of-its-kind fleet of luxury vehicles including BMWs, Teslas, Porches and Range Rovers for residents to use via a car-sharing model; a private Residents’ Club that offers resort-like amenities and services; neighbourhood ‘pocket’ parks dotted throughout the towers to provide a place for residents to connect and unwind in nature, as well as STH BNK Concierge, where luxuries like housekeeping, shopping, childminding and beauty treatments are all taken care of.

STH BNK By Beulah will also be home to Four Seasons Melbourne, as well as the country’s first innovative cultural centre for young people, overseen by the globally-revered Centre Pompidou.

In 2021, Beulah acquired the neighbouring site, home to Hanover House. The strategic corner location at 158 City Road has allowed Beulah to increase the footprint of STH BNK By Beulah to a total of 7,706sqm, ultimately creating a rare island site with four street frontages.

In addition, the extra site means more space between the two towers - over 45-metres - as well as an increased commercial offering of 50,000sqm, a 2,000sqm public park on Level 7 and increasing the Community Auditorium to 3,000 seats.

STH BNK By Beulah is currently accepting registrations of interest with the official project launch scheduled for Saturday, April 2.
