Perched along the Black Rock waterfront, Bask stands as a trio of townhomes that epitomise unrivalled opulence and natural beauty.

Black Rock, an affluent suburb often described as a perpetual holiday, is located just a short distance from the shopping village which is home to vibrant bars, trendy cafes, abundant food stores, and high-end boutiques. The pristine Black Rock Beach and the nearby Half Moon Bay offer are also just a stone's throw from the site.

Nestled on Beach Road, Bask has been designed in a collaboration between the David Cooke led DCA Design and Adele Bates, setting the stage for an elevated and vibrant way of life.

“With elevated living areas and expansive outdoor terraces, we’ve designed Bask so that the stunning bay view is maximised from every angle," Cooke said.

"This, along with large, considered floor plans and bespoke features, makes it a truly outstanding place to call home."

Bates said Bask looks and feels like luxury, designed to complement the bayside location.

"We’ve utilised a beautiful natural palette with rich textured timbers and sand-like natural travertine, along with natural stone in the kitchens. The finishes are really what make these homes so divine."

With panoramic vistas of the sea and sky, the residences seek to mirror the splendour of their natural surroundings.

The symmetrical design exudes a sense of visual harmony, embracing a monochrome palette complemented by the surrounding landscape, while the second-level terraces seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living, allowing residents to savour the bay views.

The kitchens at Bask boast natural stone benchtops and splashbacks, serving as focal points within the homes, complete with timber joinery on the benchtops.

Stepping into the bathrooms, residents are greeted by the exclusive Adele Bates custom-designed basins, which double as stylish furniture pieces and functional features. The bathtubs, also custom-designed, exemplify both functionality and luxury.
