Prominent Melbourne developer AVJennings is giving buyers another opportunity to secure an apartment in their Williamstown community, Waterline Place.

Merchant Apartments is the latest apartment release since the Empress Apartments, which all-but sold out at the back end of 2021. The last few releases have been a string of contemporary townhouses.

Merchant Apartments is the grandest building in the community so far, offering up 130 apartments across two seven-level buildings.

A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be on offer, along with a collection of exclusive Sky Homes on the upper levels that will take in the surrounding sweeping views of the bay and city skyline.

Residents will enjoy access to boutique retail on the ground floor as well as communal spaces, featuring works from local artists, scattered throughout.

Crowning the building is the rooftop terrace, complete with multiple seating zones, a communal garden and children's play space.

The Merchant Apartments are the last building of its height to be built in City of Hobsons Bay, creating the final opportunity to purchase a new apartment in Williamstown with sweeping views to the CBD and beyond, with the building's impressive rooftop space the perfect place to enhance these vistas.

Completion of Merchant Apartments is expected by mid-2024.

The ASX-listed developers vision for Waterline Place is to create 'a village within a village'.

It's a vision which is quickly coming to fruition with Waterline Place already home to a number of apartment buildings, including Gem, Rosny, and Empress.

The Firefly Townhomes, which are a collection of just five, three-storey townhomes on the coveted Cecil Street, are currently for sale, with completion slated for mid-2023.

Waterline Place is located just 12 kms from Melbourne’s CBD and a short walk from Williamstown railway station.

Eventually, Waterline Place will be home to 14 residential buildings with around 510 residences, with the neighbourhood brought together by a series of active and pedestrian-friendly streets and laneways.
