While sitting just seven kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, Windsor has still maintained its quiet suburban charm.

Bordered to the north by Prahran along with St Kilda to the south, Windsor has access to all the inner-city has to offer, whilst still enjoying the peace and quiet of the suburbs, with a number of parks and green open spaces scattered around.

A growing number of independent retailers, bars, restaurants and cafes have made a home in the leafy suburb, many of which can be found along Punt Road, known to locals as Little Windsor on Punt.

Windsor is also home to the famous shopping mecca of Chapel Street, which runs through the suburb, providing residents with an array of upscale boutiques, theatres and music venues.

The streets of Windsor are lined with a diverse range of housing, from Victorian-style terrace homes, to semi-detached cottages, as well as the ever-increasing apartment building.

CV Windsor is the latest residential project to join the ranks, dipping into the potentials of the pocket of suburbia.

The project offers a completed and ready to move-in option for the area, comprising a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

While the well-connected site sits among traffic-heavy areas, CV Windsor has been designed as a sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle.

Designed by deciBel Architecture, CV Windsor’s built form comprises a concrete structure, which helps reduce the impact of sound, with complex geometry driving its design.

Just moments from the doorstep of the building sits near Prahran Railway Station and tram number 6 on the nearby High Street, along with being just a short walk to all the tram options on St Kilda Rd, providing connectivity to the greater Melbourne region.
