Delivering residents “an amazing proposition”, Two51 is the latest inner-city Melbourne collaboration between Blueprint Projects and Watson Young Architects.

Set over seven levels, the home boasts a collection of 25 apartments, including 18 serviced apartments and a top-floor penthouse.

“Two51 levels one to three are serviced apartments, much like [Blueprint has] done at their Sandy Hill development in Sandringham,” the developers said.

An experienced property and development group creating high-quality residential projects, Blueprint offers a hands-on approach to delivering properties that contribute to Melbourne’s communities.

Empowered by industry knowledge from three partners, Magnus Floden, Tony Quinert and Paul Tuddenham, Two51 delivers a quality build in line with the penthouse finishes at another one of Blueprint’s projects.

Marketed to second-home buyers and downsizers, the residences are likely to house high-net-worth individuals seeking to downsize amongst Richmond’s rich heritage.

The typical buyers at the project are both local or from Melbourne’s south-east, choosing to downsize closer to the city, the sales team noted.

According to the developers, it is predominantly its location that is attracting buyers to the luxury development.

"Then, once people know more about Blueprint Projects and the builder, Buxton Constructions, they are very comfortable to proceed with the development.”

Colourful Richmond is known for its diversity, industrial history and its investment potential. Located in close proximity to the city and ranked the 12th most walkable suburb in Melbourne, it is no surprise that owner-occupiers and investors both love the inner-city enclave.

The combination of brickwork and exposed steel on the lower levels of Two51 reflects the suburb’s industrial culture.

“While the upper levels boldly utilise a collection of more lavish and refined materials to create an aesthetically pleasing juxtaposition of styles”, Watson Young associate Tas Tzoulis said.

The interiors feature spacious, open-plan layouts with stone benchtops, panelled joinery and an abundance of natural light, carefully designed in-house by Watson Young’s interior division.

Two-bedroom apartments in the block are priced from $1,030,000, while three-bedroom apartments start at $1,285,000.
