Drake Developments' new address, Florenze Terrace, converges artful living and a cosmopolitan lifestyle.

Inspired by its namesake city Florence, Florenza Terrace emphasises architecture, art, and culture. It offers just 18 four-bedroom townhomes in the heart of North Melbourne.

In a collaborative design effort with Nicholas Murray Architects, Florenze Terrace showcases a facade characterised by simple geometries, enriched by the bold use of steel and natural elements.

Boasting the latest technology, each terrace has been fitted with electric traction lifts to facilitate easy access and navigation across home levels.

Striking glass walls enhance visual transparency and fast and silent functionality, this cutting-edge technology provides residents with a luxurious, unparalleled convenience.

Florenze Terrace commanding broad street frontage affords its residents unobstructed low-scale street outlook and abundant natural light inside each home.

Carefully selected interiors, including oak floors, wool carpets, marble surfaces, premium fixtures, and custom finishes, add a warm and sophisticated atmosphere to the light-filled home.

Designed for those who appreciate spacious living in an inner-city setting, these townhomes feature multiple living zones, rooftop terraces, expansive retractable doors, ample storage and private garages.

Each townhome has dual living zones, with the studio or theatre rooms seamlessly connected to central living hubs.

The chef's kitchens take centre stage in every home, equipped with superior European appliances, stone countertops, and ample storage. Each terrace is tailored to meet the needs of culinary enthusiasts, featuring deep pantries and appliance cupboards.

Florenze Terrace offers three or four generous bedrooms adorned with carefully considered soft furnishings and luxurious wool carpets.

Each home hosts wall-to-wall wardrobes in two bedrooms and a choice of walk-in robes, wall-to-wall wardrobes, or both in the master suites.

Bathrooms and ensuites embody understated luxury, featuring dual stone vanities, oversized frameless glass showers, graphite tapware, and premium materials.

There are also customised storage solutions in the full-sized laundry, bathroom, ensuite and garage.

Rooftop terraces provide residents a serene escape or a space to entertain overlooking city vistas and views of the surroundings.

Florenze Terrace also prioritises sustainability, aiming for a 6-star energy rating. High-performance double-glazed windows and cross-flow ventilation via purposefully positioned and generously sized windows are some of the energy-efficient features in the development that require minimal heating and cooling so comfortable temperatures can be enjoyed all year round.

Around the development, self-sufficient plants have been chosen for minimal watering. The greenery also serves as a noise buffer and shade.

Rainwater tanks and smart EV charging points were also fitted to cater to future and modern environmental considerations.
