Located in one of Melbourne's most exclusive conclaves, Rose St Quarter arrives to the highly sought after pocket of Ivanhoe, that has remained tucked away for over a century.

Conceived and delivered by a team led by KM Develop, with architecture and interior design by Ewert Leaf and landscapes designed by John Patrick Landscape Architects, the residential project has been inspired by the leafy surrounds of the suburb's elite Fairy Hills precinct.

Presenting a collection of 31 residences, Rose St Quarter's terraces cascade with greenery combined with natural materials in the built form, establishing a gentle architectural presence embedded in the streetscape.

The classic horizontal form of the facade is articulated by varying extrusions and recesses, bringing a range of secluded, private spaces to the John Patrick-designed garden.

Nearby to an array of parks and gardens and established green streets, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments offer all the benefits of a premium, hillside corner location, with unobstructed north and west city views, along with easy accessibility to nearby amenity.

An abundance of natural sunlight showcases the colour palettes which have been curated to complement the integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Buyers can select between a range of floorplans, with each apartment adjoining to a private courtyard or balcony, encased in verdant landscaping.

The upper level features three expansive three-bedroom apartments, each enjoying dual aspects and large windows, while a well-sized two-bedroom apartment also features dual aspects along with Crepe Myrtle trees in a private terrace.

A suite of residential amenities are also incorporated in the building, including a car wash, electric vehicle charging, integrated parcel delivery system as well as extra storage.
