Golden Age Group continues to make a huge impact on Glen Waverley, the rapidly developing suburb located east of Melbourne.

They're developing Floret, a community within a community. Floret comprises just 77 park-facing townhouses conveniently located near Brandon Park Shopping Centre and The Glen Shopping Centre.

Floret aims to meet the increasing demand for contemporary townhome living, reflecting the ethos and design philosophy of Sky Garden, Golden Age Group's previous successful apartment project atop The Glen.

Inside the townhomes, three distinct colour schemes are offered: a Saint Germain muted green scheme, a Saint Germain classic scheme, and a modern palette scheme. Additionally, each home includes a two-car garage for added convenience.

The project also includes a central open space spanning 1000 sqm landscaped by the renowned ASPECT Studios, which features an open lawn with a walking track, a fitness station, a barbecue and picnic area, and a children's play area.

An entry boulevard of evergreen canopy trees lines the perimeter of the site, and a network of trees creates green corridors throughout the development.

The immediate neighbourhood offers a mix of tranquillity and vibrancy, with future residents enjoying easy access to transportation, shopping, educational institutions, cultural venues, recreational facilities, and civil infrastructure.

Floret has a dedicated bus stop on Ferntree Gully Road and immediate access to the Monash Freeway. Huntingdale Station is just a 15-minute drive away.

Positioned in close proximity to the lively Glen Shopping Centre, Floret townhomes offer a location that supports modern living patterns, with abundant shopping, dining options, and year-round events. Some popular cafes and eateries around the area include Black Flat Coffee Roasters, the Code Five Cafe, and Marble Yakiniku.

Brandon Park Shopping Centre and renowned schools in the vicinity further enhance the appeal of this development for young families.

The neighbourhood is home to over 40 educational facilities, ranging from childcare centres to Monash University, which is only a two-minute drive from Floret. Caulfield Grammar School's Wheelers Hill Campus and Wesley College's Glen Waverley Campus are just an eight-minute drive away.

Perfect for outdoor activities and sports, Glen Waverley offers a variety of green spaces, including Brandon Park Reserve, Jells Park, and Central Reserve Park, along with amenities like the Glen Waverley Golf Course, the Riverside Golf Course, Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Notting Hill Tennis Club, Village Cinemas, and Strike Bowling.

Golden Age has enlisted the Cremorne-based builders, Figurehead Construction, to construct the townhomes, with completion expected by early 2025.
