Developers, construction company and real estate group, Brady Property Group have transformed Melbourne's city skyline with their latest residential development, 380 Melbourne

Located at 380 Lonsdale Street, the two tower development has been designed by renowned architect firm Elenberg Fraser, soaring 218 metres into the air, with the North Tower at 65-storeys and the South Tower at 51 levels, representing the continued demand for inner-city apartment living.

It's not just apartments that are on offer in the twin tower development, with a collection of 300 luxury VOCO by IHG hotel suites also finding a place in 380 Melbourne, along with commercial podium spaces and a new laneway that links the building to the public domain, connecting Lonsdale and Little Lonsdale Streets.

The towers join Melbourne’s booming 200 metre club and are in the top 25 tallest towers in the city, wrapped in a curvaceous teal glass wall, with 728 ready-to-move-in one, two and three-bedroom apartments on offer.

The interior design of 380 Melbourne is sensory with an expression of personality and unique identity. The towers offer a range of colour palettes, sophisticated materials and distinctive touches, such as Oak timber floorboards, paired with cutting edge fixtures and high quality Miele kitchen appliances. The light-filled living areas are open-plan and provide panoramic outlooks to the CBD, with many featuring bespoke bay windows.

Residential amenity was a focus for the group when designing 380 Melbourne, with the towers home to a resident's lounge with large chandeliers, a games room, a private cinema, karaoke room, steam rooms and a sauna, a private bar, numerous dining and lounge areas, as well as a rooftop garden, a 25 metre heated lap pool, and an outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities and outdoor seating.

Located just a stone’s throw from all Melbourne has to offer, 380 Melbourne residents will be able to take advantage of shopping precincts such as Melbourne Central and Emporium Shopping Centre, which are both within walking distance.

The RMIT University precinct with the public State Library of Victoria, educational facilities and quirky cafes and bars, as well as extensive parklands such as Carlton Gardens and Flagstaff Gardens are also within easy reach.

Melbourne is known for its insatiable appetite for food from a wide array of cultures, and 380 Melbourne offers easy access to the city's diverse culinary scene.

Chinatown is within walking distance from the front steps of 380 Melbourne, while Hardware Lane, located just below the towers, boasts a myriad of cafes and restaurants fit for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
