Melbourne's top apartment sale in the past week was an off m​arket deal in The Eastbourne complex in East Melbourne.

The 1104/296 Victoria Parade apartment fetched $2,337,500.

It sold through Caine Real Estate agents Peter Hannon and Toby Campbell.

The 138 sqm apartment in the Mirvac project designed by architects, Bates Smart first sold off the plan in 2017 at $1,905,000.

The marketing of the parkside block commenced in 2016 ahead of its 2019 completion.

It boast hotel-style amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, gym, yoga-pilates room, private lounge, wine cellar, dining room, theatre room and business centre.

Melbourne's second highest advised sale was a twonhouse at 30a Park Crescent, Caulfield North which fetched $2,310,000.

The third priciest was a townhouse at 6 Mills Street, Albert Park.
