Avenue's townhome collection is one to watch in Melbourne's Brighton East.

With construction completed in March, we at Urban thought we'd highlight 10 things to love about Skelton's 14 Gleniffer Avenue development.

1. Developed by SKELTON

The project is being developed by Skelton an Australian based company led by Michael Skelton, highly regarded as a property industry leader domestically and internationally.

They are responsible for a number of projects ranging from public buildings to luxury high-rise towers in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. As well as two of our favourite Coastal Victorian developments

2. Designed by ADDARC

ADDARC is a boutique architectural practice operating in Melbourne, Australia.

ADDARC and landscape designer, Jack Merlo, worked collaboratively to deliver a design that not only caters to resident needs but will only refine with age.

Other projects they worked on include, Luar, Alexandra and 38-40 Breese Street.

3. Landscape and gardens by Jack Merlo

Both the private gardens and balconies were designed by the renowned Jack Merlo, an internationally acclaimed studio known for their exceptional landscape design.

As soon as you enter the property, residents and their guests are invited into a warm garden oasis with a canopy of Autumn red trees. A wide variety of native and exotic plants take you on a journey to each home, with grand 3 metre high architectural entranceways welcoming you home each day.

4. Living in Brighton East

Located just 12 km south-east from the CBD it is one of the best Bayside offerings available.

Known for its spacious parklands, Brighton East is an affluent and relaxing leafy inner city suburb.

The suburb is popular with professionals, celebrities and families. Residents are very friendly and polite making this suburb a safe area for families with quality schools.

5. Top of the line interiors and amenities

Within the Avenue abodes are bespoke kitchens, featuring exquisite custom 2-pac joinery, and fit with state-of-the-art Miele appliances.

Each master bedroom boasts 4.4-metre-high cathedral ceilings, as well as an abundance of light through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The bathrooms feature exquisite large-format floor and wall tiles, a large bathtub and custom bathroom cabinetry

6. Limited supply of exclusive 3 and 4 bedroom properties

There is a very limited supply on offer with just 9 townhomes in total, so if you are interested don't miss out, enquire here

Although they are are mainly four-bedroom abodes, there is also a three-bedroom option for those with a smaller family or downsizers

7. Minimalist designs with plenty of open space

Each home features concealed doors and storage, creating a minimalist, clutter-free aesthetic. Every residence includes private basement parking, with room for three vehicles, plus additional space for a workshop or extra storage for a boat, jetski, stand up paddleboards etc.

The living areas are finished with timber flooring containing light grey elements that connects the palette of the stone and timber.

8. Peaceful and Private

Security and privacy played pivotal roles in the conceptualisation of Avenue. On arrival the high fence leads to a secluded entry nook away from the street.

A bay leaf hedge provides added privacy to the premium-grade palisade fence while the canopy of the Japanese Elm creates a bold splash of colour.

9. Peak Victorian alfresco dining facilities

Avenue engages with Japanese-influenced charred timber and production-grade zinc to create a moody and modern home with luscious balconies and gardens perfect for dining outside with friends and family

Gabled windows offer stunning sunset views over Brighton, highlighting the skyline.

Full height operable glazing and flush stacker-slider doors provide an effortless transition between indoor living and alfresco zones.

10. High value homes

With three-bedroom townhomes from $2,290,000 and four bedroom townhomes available from $2,550,000, don't miss out out on you're chance to secure a slice of high value heaven, sure to grow in the years to come, especially as the market enters a boom period.
