ONE Palm Beach, a residential project by Velocity Property Group, will have 17 multi-million dollar apartments.

“The architecture captures the essence of place, combining design and nature, to set a new benchmark for Palm Beach,” said Plus Architecture Director, Danny Juric.

Apartments from the third floor have views from the Pacific Ocean to the Gold Coast hinterlands.

With only two apartments per floor, the three and four bedroom homes have uninterrupted 180 degree vistas, extending North to Surfers Paradise and South to Coolangatta.

While the full floor penthouse takes advantage its top floor elevation.

The shoreline setting influenced the building’s form and articulation.

“The fluid forms are inspired by the motion of the waves and folding of the water, a fine balance of materiality and geometry that compliments the environment,” said Juric.

“We designed One Palm Beach to not just feel like home, but to feel at home in its context.”

Glass balustrades wrap the building at each level, following the curves of the balconies, while featuring a subtle ‘wave’ façade pattern.

The design of the external screening further accentuates these patterns, while providing functional sun shading.

The hinterland facing façade cascades down the building, with a series of private terraces along with a sculptural awning.

An integrated green wall sits at the entrance foyer, while lush planting provides intimacy to the outdoor lounge.

There is an exclusive yoga deck.
