V8 champion Will Davison lists Torquay holiday home
The VB racing car champion Will Davison has listed his Torquay retreat.
The holiday home of the recent Bathurst 1000 winner was shortlisted on its 2012 completion in the Victorian Architecture Awards.
It first sold in early 2015 for $2 million having been initially listed with $3.2 million expectations.
The Wolveridge Architects design includes a mix of timber and concrete.
It comes with a 13-metre pool.
Set on the The Esplanade overlooking the Sands Golf Club, it has been listed by Great Ocean Properties agent Ian Lawless, who seeks offers by February 17.
It is on the market with $2.475 million to $2.575 million hopes as Davison had relocated to the Gold Coast.
