The Sydney developer TWT Property Group has reportedly taken a majority stake in the $40 million amalgamated five-lot residential site including the mill Hill Hotel at Bondi Junction (above) in Sydney's east.

TWT will develop the site at 59-69 Oxford Street, which comes with a development approval for a mixed residential/commercial project with 70 apartments with original owner, Allen Linz's Rebel Property Group, according to the Australian Financial Review.

It includes heritage conservation works for four commercial terraces at 63-69 Oxford Street.

TWT and Rebel will develop the 12-storey residential tower with a ground floor public hotel and three levels of basement car parking as a full-equity project.

TWT is formerly known as Auswin TWT.
