Two Boomerang Beach homes sold

A second Boomerang Beach, beach house settled recently on oceanfront reserve which were offered by Paul and Denis Hallot.

The double-title and double-house combo was bought by Paul Hallot and his twin brother Denis on Angela Place in 1999 for $425,000.

They built neighbouring luxury houses on site.

Paul Hallot had hopes of $2 million for the beachfront properties, as he had recently bought another property in the nearby hinterland of Minimbah and built a luxury home on it.

Both of the properties sold for $2.3 million, the first in late 2017 and the second only recently.

Christie’s International’s Darren Curtis and Pacific Palms’ Dominique Vasers listed and sold the properties.
