Tweet of the day: Melbourne unit price growth outstripped by houses

While Melbourne piles on the apartments, their price growth continues to be outpaced by houses.

Observer Cameron Kusher, senior research analyst at CoreLogic (formerly known as RP Data), noted that house values increased by 4.5% plus in the past five years, compared to just 2.9% plus growth in the unit market.
