A Derwent Valley home positioned on 4.26ha of bushland in Southern-central Tasmania has been recently sold for $380,000.

It was listed by Oriana Nowicki and Jake Towns from Petrusma Property Howrah.

Situated at 135 Jefferys Track, Lachlan, the main house with upstairs area comes with sunroom, living, loft bedroom, meals and kitchen areas plus bathroom.

The adjoining turret offers a music room with cellar on the lower level, a private meditation room on the first floor, and an accessible rooftop with views over the valley.

It was only available to the market for the second time.
